I can’t stress enough how important it is to take the time to know what you like and dislike before you commit to anything. I want to share with you some examples of things you can do to improve your awareness.
The first part of this is to look at your own habits and patterns.
My first idea was to write down what I like and dislike, and then to think about what I like and dislike about each and every time I try something new. In the end, nothing is really important and my approach is to look at my own self-esteem, habits, and patterns.
This is a good idea. It’s also a bit of a trap because it may not be realistic or easy. You’ll probably never know all of the habits, patterns, motivations, and tendencies that you have that may affect your own actions. I am constantly surprised how much I enjoy drinking coffee, or how much I dislike it when I can’t seem to get enough. These are all things I probably have, and many of my actions are based on these habits.
The trick is to not just observe, but to also make changes. Even habits, patterns, and tendencies can be changed. That is what I do, and I’m constantly surprised how much I enjoy drinking coffee, or how much I dislike it when I cant seem to get enough.
Drinking coffee is one of the most ingrained habits in my life. I drink it nearly every day, but I always have a few cups of coffee to go on the side. I also don’t drink it when I’m stressed or when I’m in a bad mood, but I do often drink a cup of coffee before bed to relax me. I try to avoid drinking it when I’m driving because it tends to put me on edge, but I get plenty of caffeine from other sources too.
I dont drink coffee when Im stressed. I dont drink coffee when I’m in a bad mood. I dont drink coffee when Im on the road. But I do drink a cup of coffee before going to bed.
It’s a huge deal with people, but I think most people are too lazy to go out and explore the world to explore their own lives. I guess the point is that if you don’t find the most pleasurable or enjoyable things to do, then you tend to go to bed early and you have no time for the things you do do and do not have any of the time and energy in your life.
I think too many people underestimate the importance of exploring their own lives. I try to avoid doing these things too often and find most of what I do to be uninteresting and boring. A lot of people are afraid to find out what theyre really doing in their lives because they fear that theyll be labeled a “nerd” or “geek” or “dumbass” by the world at large. That just isn’t true.
The thing is, while I live my life in a realistic world, I do not have the time, money, and energy to explore all that is necessary for me to be a nerd, and so I have to get out of my comfort zone a bit and dig deep. It may seem like I’m getting much better at taking care of myself, but the reality is that I have more time than I could ever have access to, and most importantly to explore the world.
