I love podcasts. I play them often. It is the first thing I do when I wake up. I’m not the only one. The more I learn about self-awareness through podcasts, the more I realize how important it is for me to go beyond just the surface of my experience and think about what I am really thinking and feeling.
Yes, I can hear you. My own podcast is called Kiss me Quick. I often think about how we are bombarded by advertising and how it leaves us with a lot of information and information overload. There are so many ways to think and feel with podcasts. Kiss me Quick is about the best way to find out about the deeper things that are hidden in the surface of our experience.
I love what Kiss Me Quick is about. It’s about the surface of our experience and what we have to do to deal with it. And it’s the best way to find out what we really care about. So, I do want to give you the opportunity to ask me questions about my podcast.

The membership fee is a flat $5.00 per month. I do not have an hourly rate for the podcast. My goal is to make the podcast a great resource to help you do more than listen to me talk about movies.
